Rates are based on 2 person occupancy. Additional persons are $5.00 per person per day. Children aged 7 and younger are free.
Pitching a tent fee special request in your RV site is $15.00 per night per tent. Or book a tent site for $35.95 per night Before taxes.
RV Unit restricted to max age 18 years old. Submit picture for approval of restoration if you have an older unit.
Late Arrivals: Please contact us if you think you may arrive after our business hours for instructions. We ask that all RV & Tent sites be pitched and set up before our quiet hours at 10 pm, MST. This is to extend courtesy to other fellow campers. Please make sure that you arrive in enough time to adhere to our quiet hours policy. All late arrivals should check in, at our office, in the morning.
Quite Times: Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM MST daily.
Our Park is for all to Enjoy. Please keep alcoholic beverages to a minimum and be respectful of your neighbors. Loud or obnoxious behavior will not be tolerated.
No running of generators please. All sites have electricity.
Please help keep our park clean for all guests by picking up all trash and keeping your site clean.
We have a dumpster's available for your convenience.
Do not drop cigarette butts on the ground in campground.
You are liable for the actions of your pets, children and guests, and are financially responsible for any damage done to park facilities.
Children must be accompanied by an adult.
No loud music or parties please.
No smoking inside buildings.
No washing RV’s or vehicles on property.
We are permitting all breeds of obedient and friendly dogs to our Park. We ask that you be responsible and courteous and clean up after your pet and properly dispose of the waste.
All dogs must have Current Certificate of Vaccination (RABIES).
Must be on a leash in the park.
Pets can be off-leash in pet play areas.
No aggressive or biting dogs.
Please control barking.
Dogs are not to be left alone outside.
3 pet maximum per site.
Clean up after your pet.
Pets are not allowed inside building, Unless it's a service dog needed for assistance.
To be fair to all of our quests, anyone arriving at the campground exceeding our pet limit and/or failing to disclose that they have pets may be asked to board their pets or asked to leave without being eligible for a refund. Please be considerate to your camping neighbors and our staff by following pet policy.
Campfires in the designated fire pits only. Ground fires are not permitted. Firewood is available for purchase at the office. Absolutely NO collecting firewood from the property is allowed. Do not gather downed wood and bring into campground. Completely extinguish all fires before leaving the campsite. Fires may be prohibited during burn ban conditions.
Current Coggins & Health Certificate for all Horses/Mules are required if not a Utah residence.
Corrals are 12’ x 12’ pipe corral with ONE EQUINE PER CORRAL, so please be sure you are making your reservation for corrals for each equine you are bringing with.
You must make a reservation for an Equine RV site to be allowed to make corral reservation at our park.
You are responsible for keeping your corral clean daily and before checking out. Failure to do so, you could be charged a clean-up fee, wheel barrels and rakes provided.
Water hoses are available, but you will need your own water buckets and feed buckets.
USE DESIGNATED AREAS, No tying equine to trailers or unloading at campsites. Equines are not allowed at your RV space. Tie posts are provided for tacking up. Equines are not allowed thru the RV park for safety reasons. No riding, leading or grazing through campground.
There are trails on the outskirts of the park for equine to use.
No portable corrals, hotwire, picket lines or hi-lines are allowed. You must use on-site corrals only. You must make reservations ahead of time for corrals in addition to your Camp Site Reservation.
No shavings or straw to be used in corrals. If cleaning out your trailer you must dispose of waste to designated manure pile.
We have turn out pens for equine to warm up before riding or a good roll after a ride. The turn out pens are for short term use only. You are to clean up the pen after using it. Limit your time to 15 minutes so others may use the pens if needed.
ATV's and Mountain Bikes:
ATV's: We do not allow any driving of any ATV type off road vehicles inside the park and there are no trails for them from our park. We welcome you to stay and camp and if you are in a toy-hauler and need to unload your ATV to set up camp that is acceptable. Please don't leave motor running as the loud noise can disturb other guests.
Mountain bikes, Sorry there are no trails form our park for mountain bikes but designated trails are within a short drive in Kodachrome Basin or Red Canyon and surrounding areas.
Roof Top Tent Equipment:
Our Tent sites are not accessible for this type of equipment. You will have to book an RV site. Our 30x20 sites are recommended. If you have any questions, please contact us prior to booking your reservation. Please give us a description of your equipment. We would be more than happy to help you.
Sprinter style vans:

RV Sites and Tents :
Special request and approved by management is needed in advance for pitching a tent in your RV site will be an additional $15.00 per night.
An RV site cannot be used for dual purpose. Tents of any form, whether you wish to pitch a tent or if you have a roof top tent on top of your vehicle that you intend to use, will require you to book a separate reservation for the tent or RV site. Please feel free to contact us to answer any additional questions or for additional help in booking your reservation. We would be more than happy to help you get the perfect site for your equipment that you are bringing. Rates are based on 2-person occupancy. Additional people $5.00 per person per day. Children aged 7 and younger are free.
Please note that only 1 vehicle is permitted at each tent site reserved. There is overflow parking in many areas around the park. No trailers are permitted for tent site reservations. Towing RVs and Vehicles & Triple Towing:
For any RV or vehicle that is towing, please be sure to indicate your extended length in the comments section of your booking. If you are towing an additional trailer, please contact us for more help. We want to make sure that we can accommodate your equipment. Please note, we do not permit triple towing and do not have overflow RV or trailer parking available.
Toy Hauler Trailers:
We want to make sure that you are comfortable in your site. Please write a note in the Comments section of your reservation and let us know if you will be bringing a toy hauler type trailer.
Groups in RV Site’s
We have several special area's for group’s looking to book sites and/or facilities, please contact us in advance for more information.
Please note that our group sites are 6 or more RV sites booked together under a group name.

It is important that you contact us before making your reservation to ensure we can accommodate your request. Failure to do so may result in being turned away with no refund.
Outside visitors limited one vehicle as we have limited parking.
All visitors must check in at office.
All vehicles must have car tags visible.
Visitors are permitted to be on the Park from 8:00 AM - 9 PM MDT only. Should visitors stay later additional charges will be incurred by registered guest. Visitors are responsible for following all the Park rules.
RV & Tent Sites: You have up to 7 days prior to the arrival date to qualify for a refund minus a $25.00 cancellation fee. Within 3-day period you forfeit your entire deposit.
If you cancel the reservation 3 days or less to the arriving date, you will be charged the full amount as this does not allow for enough reasonable time to re-book the site.
Group Reservations of 6 to 10 sites, you have up to 20 days to the arrival date to qualify for a refund minus a $25.00 per site cancelation fee. Within a 7-day period you forfeit your entire deposit.
Large Special Event Reservation Bookings,
There will be a non-refundable deposit required. (Please contact us to make arrangements).

Mother Nature Hazards: Bryce Valley Ranch RV and Horse Park is in a natural area with a river that runs at the back of property and can have flash floods from heavy rain from higher elevations that flow into this river. It is possible that rising water could overtake the bank and flow within our park boundaries. Bryce Valley Ranch RV and Horse Park assumes no liability if this act of nature were to cause damage to your property.
Trees and the shade they provide an enjoyable campground experience. However, trees pose a natural hazard of falling debris, such as leaves and branches, especially during windy and/or extreme weather conditions from Spring to Fall. We do not assume responsibility for these natural hazards or for any property damage, injury or other circumstances that may result. Please take this into consideration.
If you are concerned about the possibility of damage to your property, please contact the Manager and ask to be moved to another location and we will try our best to accommodate you if sites are available.
All-natural areas may be hazardous and are entered into at your own risk including the exploration of the nature trails around the property.
For their own safety, please make sure that children are always supervised and accompanied by an adult within the park.
Please respect the boundaries of the campground and do not trespass on our neighbors’ properties.
PERSONAL PROPERTY: Park management is not responsible for loss, damages or claims to property of guests due to fire, theft, accident, or any other cause. The management also reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.
While we do try to honor site requests, specific sites are not guaranteed, this means that you can request a certain site, but it is subject to change. You could be moved to a different site without notification. Your new site would still have comparable hookups but may not be the one you had your heart set on. There are no refunds or discounts should this occur.
We have 5 stackable commercial washer dryers. The machines are coin-operated, with a bill changer available.
We have 3 buildings spaced throughout the park for restrooms & showers and are ADA compliant. Total showers 5 for women and 5 for men.
Private Shower with door has a bench seat and towel hook.
ADA compliant toilets are located in each restroom plus standard toilets.
Vanity counters in all restrooms with electrical outlets and mirrors.
Two hand wash sinks in each restroom.
Outdoor dish washing station for Tent campers is located on side of restroom nears tent sites.
Outdoor water/bottle filling stations at all restrooms.
